A stunning pair of dendritic opals from Gary Wilson Lapidary, set entirely by hand in fine & recycled sterling silver. All the silver has been oxidized (blackened) in liver of sulphur, polished to bring out the highlights of the silver, & then tumbled in steel shot to make it shine. Handmade sterling silver earwires. 2 1/4" from earlobe.
