Turquoise Succulent Casting Pendant
I've been in love with succulents and sedums ever since seeing a "string of pearls" plant at a friend's grandmother's house when I was a kid. Burros tails, hens and chicks...maybe it's the adorable names given to them.
This pendant showcases this amazing solid sterling silver casting of a succulent tip. It's pretty hefty, and weighs over 1.2 ounces, but is comfortable to wear. I've matched it with a New Lander turquoise cabochon. New lander turquoise is predominantly black with flecks of blue and green. The flecks in this triangular cabochon are greenish - almost chartreuse. On the bottom is a round blue/green turquoise cab. Dotted with sterling silver balls, set in oxidized sterling silver. Tube bail. Oxidized and textured 19 1/2 inch sterling silver chain, finished with a toggle clasp. Chain can be shortened upon request.
