Celestial Whale Pendant in Fine Silver with Ethipoan Opal
This happy humpback whale is decorated with tiny moons, stars, and seaweed. Created by pressing 16 gauge fine silver against a steel die in a hydraulic press. The whale is then soldered to a 20 gauge sterling silver sheet. Sawed out, sanded and adorned with a single tiny 4mm Ethiopian opal. Whale measures 1 1/4" wide and 1" from top of hoop to bottom of whale. Hangs from an 18" oxidized sterling silver beaded chain and finished with a lobster clasp closure.
