Cultured opal is man made (grown in a lab). Set in a smooth sterling bezel on 22 gauge stamped sterling silver sheet. Above the heart is a solid detailed mushroom and 2 tiny balls made from sterling silver. Sterling silver chanelled ring band fits a size 6.5.
